Friendly service food was good but could of been better

Some of the best service I've ever had..my party of 12 got there at 9:40pm .we close at 10 but they stay open until 10:30.plus helped us celebrate our son's graduation dinner.

Very good food, good selection...and that would be true even if there wasn't a hibachi grill and sushi bar. The only issue would be waitresses keeping up with the drinks.

Buffet was well stocked and food piping hot. Hot food at buffets is important to me as that means it's sanitary.

Great buffet. Greatest food and good service. Price is right as well. I recommend the crunchy chicken, I think it's called.

When looking around at the food, a lot of it looked questionable. The food out for the hibachi looked spoiled. I declined to eat and my bf had one plate as he felt weird just walking in and leaving. He had dumplings that he said tasted rotten and he said the rice was the best thing on his plate. He ended up getting food poisoning and was sick for 2 days. Absolutely will not come back.

Not a very good place to eat. Place wasn't really kept up, the food didn't even look appetizing and tasted as bad as it looked. Sushi was bottom line, wouldn't recommend eating it.

I absolutely love this buffet. They have a big variety of food plus a hibachi are to create your own dish. They have Chinese and American food, just a lot of different choices. I love the crab ragoons, general so chicken is amazing. The prices are cheap for lunch and dinner. The dessert selection is large. The food is always hot and fresh, and very delicious.

Use to be great anymore the food is just okay. We ordered some crab legs which are proced per pound now and they we're just okay as well. We also had some crab left over and we're advised we werw unable to take them with us even thougj we paid separately for them.

The restaurant was gorgeous. Service was okay- it took a bit to get our bill, then a bit for someone to come and cash us out, but they were quick about drink refills and clearing used plates. The hibachi was good- good variety of ingredients, and the lo mein sauce I had was really good. The rest of the food was okay. The popular items seemed to be fresh and were replenished quickly, but some of the less popular items (stuffed mushrooms, Italian chicken) seemed old, so I didn't try them. The cheese wontons were amazing. Overall, I'd definitely return.

Average to good buffet ... $25 for two with drinks... my favorite was the general tso and dumplings.., the spicy chicken was okay as we're the fried shrimp and the sushi. Sushi was a bit stale but it sat out pre made and this place has a lot of different items. Worth trying ..might go back.

This place is a great place to eat. They're always nice and clean and the servers are attentive to you in refilling your drinks and taking your plates away. Most of the food is good. A couple food items could use a little work though, as they were dry and stale tasting but other than that, it's a very good place to eat.

Good food and great staff

This place was terrible, unwanted to try this place for so long, and the first time I did this evening, stuff was rubbery, pans were empty, the pepsi, mountain dew and diet was not filled with syrup, so it tasted like ginger ale, the waitress hovered over people I noticed, this was the worst experience I had!! It wasn't worth what I paid! Very disappointed!!

Food was fresh, great place for parties, an dinner or lunch with family an friends. Staff real friendly

Not a bad place to eat with plenty of variety. The grill is also a big plus with plenty of options there as well. Seems to be quite popular for the lunch crowd

We are regulars at this establishment and enjoy great foods and we have been coming here for about 7 years. Great people , great foods .

First time here, was by far not as bad as some of these reviews say. Definitely dont come here if you are wanting high end or even subpar sushi. Everything else was good.

Not high end but very good food.

I just got in to an altercation with the manager at this establishment due to there being a roach in my food. She said she was going to charge us full price because we were “done eating”. I told her that I was not going to pay due to the incident. She got mad and proceeded to tell, “don’t come in anymore!” Never eating here again, Poor management and hygiene

Cici was our waitress very nice lady, have been here several times and this time the manager came to our table and asked how everything was. He was very nice and even complimented our children . Will definitely be going back

Food quality and selection has gone down it seems. Wait staff is great however Amusing thing is when ever we are there the price is different.

It's pretty good, your typical Chinese buffet with a hibachi and sushi bar included. Decent selection but the quality went down slightly from the last time I had been there a couple years back. I go back as it is decent, is clean and the people have always been friendly.

First time coming here and the food was wonderful. Service was nice and everyone was friendly. Sushi was the best out of any buffet I had but don't expect fancier sushis. Will definitely be coming back here again. Maybe for my birthday so I can see the lotus candle :)

It's very nice if you get there at the right time stuff doesn't out after a little while but that's because they have to do the transition from breakfast to lunch to dinner very nice The price is really good for the buffet And their option to have someone grill fresh stuff he was awesome

Great food with lots of variety. Full sushi bar. Hibachi grill with a full raw buffet to choose from. My daughter loved the ice cream choices (tons of traditional hard ice cream). Desserts are deliciously westernized. Lots of American food and Chinese food selections. The steak at dinner was even really good... Totally unexpected. Great value for seniors, with their drink included. Right now kids eat at a discount as well!!

Well stocked buffet quick service. The food was good the salmon is overdone but I like it that way. The wonton soup was flavorful. The dessert bar was my least favorite.

One of the very best buffets and restaurants i have ever eaten at. Even the bathrooms were amazing. Deffinetly a hidden gem in springdield Ohio.

The place is hot and miss. Today half the food was cold and taste very good.

I love this place. Great price for all the food you can eat and best buffet you can find around! Also has some great sushi!

They advertised all you can eat crab legs on Mother's Day. I don't know how that is when they would literally bring out 20 crab legs at a time. Maybe every 30 minutes. They make sure to keep everything else full. Their "All You Can Eat Crab Legs" is a joke just to get folks in the door. Don't waste your time or money going to Hibachi Grill. The food isn't good anyways.

The food is good the people working there are great.

The restaurant seems relatively clean, and the food is pretty good. I was impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and how readily available each food item was at the buffet. There was no waiting around because something ran out. Additionally the sushi is very fresh. It's not made to order, but it's made right in front of you.

We arrived around 800pm on a Saturday night. The food seemed like it was sitting there all day and it wasnt what we expected. Even the rice in the Sushi was hard. Prices were pretty high for what we got (or did not get because the food was old) and service was not too good. I hate writing negative reviews on anything but we love Chinese food and will pay for good Chinese food but this just did not get it. I'll stick with Mark Pi or go over to Columbus. Plus the staff seemed very overwhelmed and we felt like we were being watched the entire time (as if we were thieves) but it was not to see if we needed refills on our drinks because that didn't happen.

My boyfriend was eating the broccoli and chicken, and bit into a whole claw-shaped sharp bone in the middle of his chicken. Black pepper chicken tasted terrible, felt like rubber, the desserts were also very dry and stale. Needless to say, we didn’t finish our food and I do not recommend anyone to eat here.

Food quality is less than desired at times. Lately, the sweet and sour sauce has been more like a gel; pretty thick. They once gave me a frequent diner's card, but would not honor it later because they gave me the Senior Discount (a free drink). Another Chinese restaurant in town honors a frequent diner's card as well as the Senior Discount. Why was I given the card to begin with?

We really enjoy the food. The price is really good. Clean atmosphere. Really nice selection.

This place is so good. My favorite things are the steak, and the egg tarts. Definitely recommended. The desserts are never very good, but the rest of the food is pretty good.After you've gone a few times, you learn what items to steer away from.

Great amount of food wish we had one closer to my house. 10 types of sushi. Most places only have 3.

Okay food. A lot of stuff was cold and stale. There was mac n cheese changing color on the buffet that was changing colors from sitting so long. Not that I go to an asian buffet for mac n cheese, just still not very appetizing to see. Crab ragoon was cold and mush. Deffinately would not recommend. There's a take out restaurant a few doors down I feel would have been better than this buffet.
